Our team will inspect your property to ensure it is properly maintained and work with your vendors when issues arise. As the primary point of contact for service providers, we coordinate all maintenance tasks and necessary repairs.
Vendor Coordination: Arrange and oversee services provided by contractors, landscapers, cleaners, or other vendors to maintain the property in the homeowner's absence.
Regular Property Inspections: An inspector conducts scheduled inspections of the interior and exterior of the property to check for signs of damage, leaks, pests, or security breaches. Following an extensive report to ensure nothing on the property is neglected.
Home Security Checks: Ensure that all doors, windows, and entry points are secure. Monitor security systems and respond to any alarms or security alerts.
Mail and Package Retrieval: Collecting mail and packages. For seasonal residents, mail will be forwarded to other address. Photos will be provided and junk mail will be responsibly disposed of.

A hurricane warning is more serious. Hurricane-force winds are expected in a stated area. Experts issue these warnings 36 hours before tropical-storm-force winds are expected in the area to give people enough time to prepare for the storm.”

Experiencing a hurricane is intense and can be overwhelming to homeowners and families. In the Instance a hurricane watch is announced our team will conduct a pre storm routine. This means relocating furniture, closing all hurricane shutters, and finally inspecting the home inside and out to ensure its secured best as possible.

Post storm will include a comprehensive assessment of your home. Looking for any damage, leaks, and debris. Furniture will be placed back, and shutters will be opened. A detailed report with photos will be emailed promptly to illustrate the condition of your home.
